Brief Description: Drill Air Gizmo Tray to Rails for Garmin 396 GPS
Today I drilled the final tray to the support rails. Once again, the Air Gizmo tray is a bit smaller than the other Garmin trays. So,,,I have two radios that are 6.25" (GTX327 and GMA340) and two that are 6.30" (SL40 and 396 Air Gizmo). I used washers on the right side to fill the gaps between the trays and rails. I need to fill the gaps between the Bezel's of the radios on the right side and the panel itself. I'm not sure how I'll do this yet. I also have a gap on the top above the Air Gizmo tray for the 396 handheld GPS.Once all of the trays were drilled and bolted to the support rails I temporarily installed all of the radios and snapped this picture.
