Brief Description: Dimple 2 Limited Access Holes for Rear Window
There were 4 holes on the top skin that I couldn't dimple for the rear window plexiglass. Two were next to the rollbar and the other two were next to the top center support channel. The reason I couldn't dimple these was because there was very limited access between the skin and the rollbar/channel and I couldn't fit a female dimple die in between these in order to form the dimple. What I ended up doing was drilling and countersinking a piece of 1/8" aluminum for a #6 screw and using that as the female dimple die. I used the shaft from the Avery C-frame dimpling tool with the male die and a mallet to form the dimples. This worked out very well.
