Brief Description: Drill Rollbar to #36, Tap for #6 Screws
The next thing I did was drill all of the holes in the rollbar out to #36. I then tapped these for #6 screws. These will be used to secure the forward edge of the rear window to the rollbar. I will be using a thread locker for these screws since the rollbar material is fairly thin and does not provide for very many threads. I can't use Loctite since that will eventually crack the plexiglass but there is another type that you can use that is not harmful to plexiglass. I need to look up the name on the internet and purchase some.
