Brief Description: Install Parking Brake Fittings / Bolt to Firewall
I thought I could install two 90 degree elbows on the face of the parking brake valve for the Aeroquip hoses coming from the master cylinders but the holes were much too close to screw the second elbow in. So, I ended up purchasing an 1/8" npt male/male nipple and a 1/8" nps female /female coupling at Home Depot and installing these on the left side before installing the elbow. This provided the needed offset in order to screw the left elbow in without hitting the right elbow. I used Bakerseal on all of the pipe threads. Once the fittings were installed on the valve I bolted the valve to the bracket on the firewall and then attached the Aeroquip hoses from the master cylinders.
