Today I clecoed the recess to the firewall. The forward cover / heat baffle was then clecoed to the recess. I then clecoed the fuel selector in place. Everything was then match drilled and removed for deburring. I had a tough time drilling the cover to the floor stiffeners only because my right angle drill attachment is stripped. The bushing that keeps the drill bit engaged keeps popping off. I event bought a new bushing but that didn't seem to help. I think I'm going to have to break down and by another right angle drill attachment,,,this time one that is a little better built.
