Brief Description: F782 Baffle - Drill/Rivet to Cover
The F782 heat baffle did not come prepunched so I drew a centerline on the flanges and then used side grip clecos to clamp the baffle to the forward cover. I then used the holes in the cover as a guide to drill the baffle. Once this was done I removed the plastic from around the rivet holes in the baffle and cover, deburred everything, polished the edges of the baffle, dimpled for the nutplates, cleaned everything with acetone, alodined the overlapping areas and then riveted the baffle and nutplates to the cover.
