Next up was deburring the seat floors for the hinges. Once this was done I used acetone to clean everything up and then alodined along the rivet lines for the hinges. The hinges were then clecoed to the floors. I'll use the C-Frame to rivet these tomorrow. The last thing that I did today was crawl back into the fuselage and unbolt the plastic flap blocks from the F705 bulkhead. These can't be bolted to the bulkhead independent of the flap actuator mechanism. The assembly has to be installed as a complete unit, after the blocks are tapped onto the ends of the steel tubes. While I was in there I also bolted the rear spar outboard bars together with the spacers sandwiched in between.
