Brief Description:  Debur/Rivet F750 Baggage Side Covers

I deburred and edge prepped the F750 side covers today. I decided to start dimpling nutplates instead of countersinking skins that are often too thin to countersink. This actually works out very well. Dimple the nutplates and dimple the skins. Once the side covers were all prepped I pop riveted them to the F722 horizontal ribs. I then dimpled the side cover aft flanges together with the F706 bulkhead since I just noticed these are flush rivets to accommodate the baggage area back wall. I then riveted the side covers to the F706. The side covers were then riveted to the F724 vertical ribs along with the dimpled nutplates. I used the pneumatic squeezer to do this and ended up catching the back die on the threaded nut portion of one of the nutplates. This twisted the nutplate and dented the right side cover slightly. Damn! The dent will be covered up by the removable forward side cover that houses some flap stuff. I did this once before installing nutplates with the pneumatic squeezer. I decided from this time forth I'll use the hand squeezer to install nutplates. Anyway, once the aft side covers were installed in the baggage area I clecoed the floors on.
