Brief Description: Edge Prep, Wash, Alodine, Prime
I hate edge prep work. I spend way too much time on this. I always try to get a perfectly smooth, polished edge on each part. I'm not sure that more than a quick once-over with a piece of sandpaper followed by another pass with a scotchbrite is really warrented. At any rate I did the full edge prep work on most of the forward fuselage components today then Alumapreped everything. Each part was then hit with the alodine marker and then primed with Sherwin Williams 988 self etching primer.
