I clecoed the side plates to the center section today and then added the forward F704 bulkhead. I then match drilled the bottom skin to the bulkheads and to the seat and baggage ribs. The instructions and plans specified that 4 holes on the forward F704 bulkhead needed to be countersunk through the bottom skin and into the bulkhead in order to have the floor stiffeners fit better later.
