Brief Description:  F705 Bulkhead: Cleco and Match-Drill

Once the top and bottom sections of the F705 bulkhead were fabricated, drilled, and clecoed, the remaining bulkhead components were clecoed together. Everything was then match drilled. The toughest part was drilling out the oblong holes in the upper corner channels for the tip up canopy latches. I ended up drilling two 3/16" holes, one on each end of the cutouts and then using the dremel tool with a drill-like cutter to remove the center material between the holes. This wasn't too hard after all but cleaning up the holes took a little time with a rat tail file, some sand paper and a scotchbrite pad.
