Brief Description: Center Section: Cleco/Drill Bulkheads
The instructions say to place at least one wing attach bolt in the top and one in the bottom of each end of the forward and aft center sections in order to properly align the vertical side sections. These bolts were a VERY tight fit. I needed to use Boelube and a wrench to work these bolts in. I can see that attaching the wings and inserting all 16 bolts is going to be quite a challenge. Once I had the vertical side sections aligned to each end of forward and aft center sections with the wing attach bolts, I clecoed the parts together and match drilled everything. The aft section was a little more difficult because there are 2 additional aluminum bars that get bolted and riveted to the web almost perpendicular to the main lengthwise bars of the bulkhead. Once again I placed bolts in the prepunched holes, clamped everything tightly together and then drilled all of the rivet holes.
