I deburred the other side of the firewall today. I'm glad this is the only stainless steel that I have to deal with in the plane - very difficult to work with, especially when you are so used to working with aluminum. Once the firewall was deburred, I brought out the C-Frame and started dimpling. Again, much harder to dimple than aluminum. I'm pretty amazed at this given how thin the material actually is. Once the firewall was deburred and dimpled I did the same with the recess panel. Then I used the hand squeezer to rivet the sides of the recess panel together.
