I used a #40 drill bit to make a small notch in each of 4 snap bushings to hold the capacitance wire and vent line. These were snapped in place on each of the interior ribs. Then I used a small pipe cutter to cut a section of 1/4" tubing that will be used for the vent line. I used Matt's flaring tool to make a nice flare on the inboard end of the vent line and then slid the appropriate fittings in place. The vent line was then slid through all of the snap bushings in the ribs and finally through the support clip that was riveted to the fuel filler flange. The final step was to bend the outboard tip up slightly to make sure it is at the tanks highest point.
