Brief Description: Aileron Trim:Attach Servo, Mount to Ribs
The next step was to attach the servo to the short swivel arm. I used a 9 volt battery to extend and retract the servo arm in order to find the mark the ends of its travel and then measure the midpoint. I then centered the arm and attached it to the short swivel arm using the 2 aluminum plates that were supplied with the kit. These were secured using pins with cotter pins. Once the entire mechanism was done I screwed the servo to the inboard side of one of the seat ribs. The mounting plate for the swivel arm was then screwed to the flanges of both center seat ribs.
