Both ailerons are complete! However, the centers of the blind rivets had produced some rather jagged and sharp edges as the stems were pulled off. I wasn't sure how best to deal with this. I tried filing, sanding, dremel, etc. The thing that worked the best was placing some masking tape above and below the line of rivets and then using the rivet shaver bit in the microstop countersink cage to shave the tops of the blind rivets smooth. This worked out very well. I couldn't do this along the leading edge though because of the curvature of the skins here. I ended up using the dremel tool to debur / polish the heads of these rivets. Both ailerons are now complete!
