Once the primer was dry on the counterbalance pipes, I clecoed them to the front skins and clamped everything to a 2x4 that was set on end. I then put a #30 male dimple die in the removable shaft from the C-frame tool and used this to hammer the dimples into the leading edge skins. The countersunk holes in the pipe were used as the female dies. The skins are too tightly curved at this point to have used the regular male/female dies. Using this method worked out very well.
