Brief Description:  Debur Bottom Skin Edges; Bend Trailing E

I deburred the edges of the bottom skins today. I used the edge deburring tool, followed by some emery cloth, followed by a scotchbrite pad. Once the edges were polished, I dug out the bending brake that I made for the empennage and tightened the bend on the trailing edges of the aileron skins. This did not form as tight of a bend as I would have liked. The trailing edges are very straight but the plans indicate the bend should be tight enough that the spar just touches both the top and bottom skins when positioned in place. My skins opened up quite a bit more than this. But, no matter how much weight I placed on the bending brake, I couldn't get this tight of a fold. I even placed the ailerons between two pieces of wood and put some dumbell weights on them over night. This had the two faces of the skins touching each other but this did not seem to help either. These are folded over as much as they can be.
