Brief Description:  Rivet HS-707 Rib to Left Skin

I had some trouble riveting the HS-707 rib to the top of the left skin because of the curved surface of the rib. When I removed the forward most cleco in order to rivet this hole, the rib pulled away from the skin because of its curved shape. I thought bucking the rivet might draw the rib tight against the skin. Big mistake. The rivet kept the gap and formed between the two parts with very little of the shop head forming on the back side of the flange of the rib. I decided to drill this rivet out with the rivet removal tool and then rivet this hole later after the HS-606 and HS-608 were clecoed in place in order to hold the skin tight against the HS-707 in order to rivet it to the bottom side of the skin. This worked much better since the rib was now tight against the skin. It was just a bit of a reach with the bucking bar but produced much better results. I'll save this hole til last when I do the right side. I used one of the Avery OOP's rivets to fill the enlarged hole.
