Brief Description:  Drilled ribs to spars

I drilled the #40 pilot holes on the forward flange of the HS-405 ribs. It took me a while to figure out all of the dimensions. It would sure make life easier if the plans included just a few extra dimensions. Also clecoed the left HS-606, 607, and 608 to the spars and match drilled the #30 holes.
