Drilled the HS-411PP / VA-146 center hinge bracket in place on the rear spar using a #12 drill bit. The only thing I couldn't do on the rear spar at this point was drill out the holes that attach the HS-708 rib since I don't have a #19 drill bit. I need to place another order with Avery.
