Brief Description:  Rivet Right Bottom Skin to Main Spar

I wanted to come up with a way to buck the rivets along the main spar without dinging the spar, hitting the nutplates that are used to secure the fuel tank, or mashing the rivets that are already set for the fuel tank nutplates. I ended up drilling a hole in one of my bucking bars large enough to hold my back riveting set. This was a little difficult to balance because of how taught the spring was but in the end, it worked very well. I was able to buck all of the rivets along the main spar without damaging anything. I was able to fit the back riveting set over the shop end of each rivet by feel , compress the spring using the leverage of the bucking bar, and then buck each rivet. This worked out very well. I may even send a picture to Avery Tools with a suggestion that if they were to widen the base of the back riveting set and use a smaller spring, they could design a very useful tool. After finishing up the rivets along the main spar for the first 3 rib bays I decided to set aside the rest of the riveting of the bottom skins until I have a helper. I still had some time so I removed the bottom skins from the left wing and deburred and dimpled them for the flap brace.
