After starring at the plans for a while, I finally came to the conclusion that countersinking 4 holes that shouldn't be countersunk does not really warrent replacing and remaking this part. Still debating this in my mind though. In the meantime, I washed and primed all of the reinforcement plates after countersinking the correct 4 outboard most holes in the outboard most reinforcement plates for each spar.
