Brief Description: Countersink Fiberglass Wing Tips for #6 Screws
I had to remove the cage from the microstop countersink again since it interfered with the lip on the flanges in order to countersunk for all of the #6 dimples in the wing skins. The nutplates themselves served as the guide for the pilot on the countersinking bit so it was fairly easy to knock these out. I used a pre-made dimpled template to verify the depth of each countersunk hold.
