Tonight I enlarged the #30 holes on the wings to #28 to accommodate the #6 screws that will be used to fasten the wing tips in place. Then I deburred everything and used the pneumatic squeezer to dimple all but 3 of the holes on each wing - 2 on the top and 1 on the bottom. Those were too close to the outboard aileron brackets and interferred with the squeezer. I'll have to order a special #6 set of dimple dies from Avery Tools that can be used with a nail and a pop rivet puller to dimple those last few holes.
