Brief Description: Make Cardboard Template For Spinner Cutout
I used a piece of cardboard from an empty cereal box to make a template for the spinner cutout for the propeller today. The Bingellis books had a great suggestion in making this a relatively easy process. First I made a rough cutout,,,then I used several strips of masking tape positioned tangentially around the contour of the propeller to close up the gap of the rough cutout and to get an exact profile of the propeller. I'll use this cardboard/masking tape template to transfer the profile to the spinner.
