Brief Description: Enlarge Right Flap Pushrod Hole
The next couple of hours were spent enlarging the right flap pushrod hole. This was a very iterative process. I think I installed and removed the pushrod at least a dozen times, checking the full up and down movement of the flap each time. Somewhere along the line I had removed the flap motor support channel so I could freely move the flap armature up and down by hand to check the pushrod clearance through the enlarged hole in the fuselage. I finally have a hole that provides just enough clearance for the pushrod for the flaps full travel. I burned up a few dremel sanding disks in the process. I'm pleased with how this turned out.
