Brief Description:  Drill / Bolt Flap Motor Inside Channel

Matt gave me an old power supply from Radio Shack that I used to fully extend the flap arm. The flap motor mechanism was then positioned inside the F766A channel along with the support angle I then bolted the motor to the support angle and side plate. This was the first time that the plans specified using a metal castle nut and cotter pin. Once I got the castle nut lined up with the hole in the bolt, I slipped the cotter pin in place and bent the ends. Done deal. The final thing was to drill / rivet the support angle to the web of the channel.
