Once the center support block was drilled to the floor, I removed the actuator arm and used my nutplate jig to drill the rivet holes in the flange of the tunnel rib and floor panel. The holes were then deburred and dimpled and nutplates installed. The next thing that I did was ream each of the actuator arm clevis's to 1/4". I decided to bolt the rod end bearings on the workbench rather than trying to do this once the arm was installed in the fuselage. Much easier this way.
