Next I pulled out my drill press and fly cutter and went to town on the seat back braces. Once the lightening holes were cut I trimmed some piano hinge stock to fit the seat back braces. These were then clamped to the braces and everything match drilled. Then it was on to all of the deburring and edge prep work. This took a fair amount of time as it always does. Once all the prep work was done I alodined the overlapping areas and then riveted the hinges to the braces.
