Brief Description: Rig Right Flap; Drill Hinge to Wing
Once the right aileron was rigged I clecoed the right flap to the wing and aligned its trailing edge to the trailing edge of the aileron. I also set the gap to be 3/16". Once the flap was positioned perfectly relative to the aileron I drilled the hinge to the wing starting on the outboard end and working inboard, checking alignment after drilling each hole. Everything came out great on the right wing as well! After the flap hinge was drilled to the right wing I removed the flap, slid the hinge pin out, deburred the wing side of the hinge, and stored the right flap back in its hiding place hanging from the ceiling.
