Brief Description: Right Flap - Rivet Spar and Hinge
After clecoing the spar and hinge to the flap, I used the pneumatic squeezer to set the rivets along the bottom that hold the spar, hinge, and skin together. You can see the center of the hinge in the first picture that has one of the eyes of the hinge removed. This will allow me to insert 2 halves of the hinge pin from the center rather than drilling a hole in the aileron bracket as the plan's indicate. This should be much easier and was done by several other builders. Once the bottom of the spar was riveted, I flipped the flap over again and bucked the rivets along the top of the spar.
