Brief Description: Right Flap - Rivet Ribs and Skin Overlap
I spent today riveting the right flap together. I started with the bottom and riveted the skin to the ribs. Then I riveted the bottom row of rivets where the top and bottom skins overlap. Then I flipped everything over and riveted the top skin to the ribs. The riveting went pretty smoothly. I used my smallest bucking bar wrapped in duct tape and resting on the fingertips of one hand and the gun with the small flush set with the rubber protector in the other. I made sure I had bandaids on the fingertips of my left hand this time to protect them from getting mashed while bucking. Once all of the inside work was done, I clecoed the spar to the ribs and skins as well as the hinge.
