Brief Description:  Debur Leading Edge Skin Edges

I decided not to use the scotchbrite wheel in the die grinder technique for deburring skin edges anymore. The skins are tool delicate and it is too easy for the die grinder to get away on me and scratch the surface of the skins. My new process takes slightly more time but produces just as nice of a finish with far less risk. I basically snip the sharp corners in order to round them off, run the edge deburring tool over each edge twice - once in each direction, then use some emery cloth to finish rounding the corners and to remove any remaining burrs along the edges, and then I follow everything up with the red scotchbrite pad to polish the edges. This sounds like a lot but is actually very easy and produces nice smooth edges.
