Brief Description:  Finish Dimpling Tank Skin; Cover Tooling

Once the fuel tank skin was dimpled, I used a scotchbrite pad to scuff up the bottoms of the stiffeners for better proseal adhesion. I need to do the same along the flanges of the ribs. There was one more piece yet to fabricate though. I created a small plate to cover the tooling hole on the outboard rib. The plan's said you could fill this with an AN470 6 rivet but I didn't have any of these large size rivets so a small plate riveted over the large hole will have to suffice. After making this small cover plate, I set the fuel tank components aside and started deburring and dimpling the main wing ribs. I did the bottom side of 3 ribs. Tomorrow I will mix up my first batch of proseal and back rivet the stiffeners to the skin.
