I cut out the stiffeners for the bottom of the left tank today. I also deburred these on the scotchbrite wheel. Then I started countersinking the tank skin for the baffle. For some reason the baffle and skin do not get dimpled while the ribs do. There are LOTS of holes to countersink in the skin along both the top and bottom aft edges of the fuel tank skin. I made it through about half of them on the top side. I used my standard little aluminum jig clecoed to the inside face of the skin to provide ample support for the countersink pilot.
