After the outboard Z bracket was drilled using the holes in the rib and baffle as a guide, most of the fuel tank was removed from the spar. The end ribs and baffle were unclecoed from the tank and remained on the spar. Leaving the end ribs and baflle clecoed to the inboard and outboard Z brackets ensured that the baffle was aligned properly for drilling all of the center Z brackets. This will insure that the fuel tank is mounted perfectly on the spar with no gaps around the edges between the other skins.
