Brief Description:  Drill Hole in F-705 Bulkhead for Wires

Here is another instance of a hole that would have been much easier to drill prior to final assembly of the F-705 bulkhead and rollbar. I decided to route all of the wires for the headsets, remote compass, flaps, etc up the right side of the fuselage just under the longeron. The forward canopy deck provides a nice channel to hide these wires in but this also meant that I had to drill another hole in the right F-705 bulkhead similar to one I had to do on the left side for the static tubing. Not fun. This is very thick material and difficult to drill given the curvature of the side of the fuselage. Not a lot of room to work in and the unibit steps aren't deep enough to penetrate the bulkhead before the next size step starts biting in. I managed though and was able to install a snap bushing to protect the wires.
