I wasn't sure if I could dimple the steel F-7127A angles or if they needed to be countersunk. I decided to go the countersinking route because of the thickness of the steel. This worked out fine. Once the angles were countersunk and the battery box dimpled, I used Van's touch up paint to go over the exposed steel to prevent corrosion.
