Brief Description: Drill Battery Support Angles to Box; Dimple Box
Today I clamped the F-7127A angles to the battery box and drilled the tray using the holes in the angles as a guide. I had to use a spacer under the left angle to simulate the flange of the firewall recess that this angle will mount to and so the box will be flush against the firewall. Once this was done I deburred and dimpled the battery box using the pop rivet dimple dies.
