Brief Description: Trim Fiberglass Tip for 1/4" Clearance From Ailero
The plans indicate there should be 1/4" clearance between the wing tip and the aileron. I had about 1/8" clearance so I removed the wing tip, marked another 1/8" to trim, and then used the dremel with a cutoff wheel to obtain the needed clearance. I then sanded the edges with a sanding block.
