Brief Description:  Debur Right Wing Tip Reinforcement Tips

Before removing the right wing tip I decided to mark and drill another screw hole on the top side between the aft two most holes to help close a slight pucker between these since they are spaced a bit further apart than the other screw holes.

I then removed the right wing tip and deburred the aluminum reinforcement strips.

You can see how close those missed drilled holes are to the new holes that were drilled in the bottom of the wing tip in order to align the aft surfaces to the aileron. I'll have to fill those with epoxy but shouldn't be a problem with the aluminum reinforcement strips in place.

I brought the right wing tip and reinforcement stips home with me from the hangar so I can epoxy them together tomorrow in my basement where it is much warmer.
