Brief Description: Rear fuselage skins bottom rivet line
For a few hours this afternoon I felt good enough to re-engage with my project. When I first started on the rear fuselage, I drilled and clecoed mostly #40 holes, and then only about half way toward the front of the side skins. Today I extended the rivet lines to the front and drilled everything to size. For some reason, I had also not extended the bottom rivet line to the back of the tail in the HT frame area, so I did that as well. Finally, I pre-drilled my upper rear longeron to the side skins within 20mm of each side L angle. The final drilling of the entire rivet line waits until it is time to put the top skin in place. It felt great to be back in the shop, even if the temps were in the 90s.
