Brief Description: Picked up Grove gear, wheels and brakes
I took advantage of the MLK holiday to pick up my order from Grove Aircraft in El Cajon. With good traffic, it's just about 90 minutes south of us. Gail has been super helpful getting me set up with multiple estimates and a factory tour today. I met the owner Robert "Robbie" Grove who spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining their products and philosophy of service. I'm sold. The parts are exceptionally well made, and will save me about 15 pounds on my final weight. The brake lines are gun drilled and all the axle mounting holes are pre drilled. Now I just need a fuselage to hang it from.
