While I was glad to get everything together last night, I was bothered by the width of rib #1 (the bottom rib in the picture) relative to the width of the spar. This morning I took ribs 1 to 4 off the spar and carefully measured the width of the spar and each rib. Everything checked out except rib #1, so I remade the part and attached it to the skeleton. This time the fit was fine.
