Brief Description: Final fabrication of tip and nose ribs
Marked, cut and prepped the two part blanks with special attention to keeping the tip material under 3mm from the leading edge. Formed the two ribs by starting at the nose and working the metal back from the tip with the wooden mallet, then crimping the excess into my reliefs. It worked beautifully. These are my final ribs---no, really.
