After talking to the factory last night, spent the day mounting the major components of the landing gear. (The distance from the main mounting plate to the top-hole mounting tube was too long and the entire unit needed to be lowered a bit - actually about 0.050 inches. 0.060 would have been ideal but 0.050 would work fine.) Also, one of the welded mounting tubes needed to be drilled to size. Both had to be matched drilled to the center spar. The pictures pretty much show how the deeds were done. Note the extra spacer under the mounting plate (for locating the weldment) in the third picture.
