Evaluated several options for final riveting the HS skin. I'm trying to avoid the disaster of the first experience thru this gauntlet in which the left side ended up with a dramatic twist - hence this second effort. So far so good. I paid particular attention to mounting the outside rib. The way the parts and their tolerances stacked up, the skins, similar to those on HS#1, had to undergo some minor surgery at the inboard end to get a reasonable fit to the fuselage. This, in effect, made the spar too long and it had to be cut at both ends. That actually was a benefit in that the new mounting scheme allows a fairly accurate way to mount the rib - square to the spar and at a pretty exact fit lengthwise.
Additionally, I decided to add a tab to anchor safety wire for the forward mounting bolt on both inboard HS ribs. Had to drill the head of 2 new bolts but I wanted to put in new ones anyhow.
