Brief Description: Continued opening the center spar pass thru holes
It has been several days since I reported the receipt of location dimensions from the factory for the spar pass thru holes in the fuselage. In the interim I have spent 8 or more hours putting the spar thru the fuselage, clecoing the ribs to the main and rear spars and marking where there is interference between the spar and the forward end of the cut in the fuselage. Then, disassemble, cut and file to the new dimensions, reassemble and start the process over. Do this until all interference is removed and, viola, suddenly you are finished. I'm sure I did this at least a dozen times. (This takes more time/steps then you might forecast because the factory cut out doesn’t show all of the major features that have to be accommodated and, because the fuselage isn’t yet a fully assembled structure, all the points of interference aren’t revealed until others are removed.)
