The new ribs for the replacement HS were ordered without the holes for mounting the HS spar. This allowed putting the mounting holes in locations that helped avoid short edge distance issues while ensuring adequate clearances for sockets and wrenches. PLUS - I could fine tune relationships to the major axes of the plane.
